Shipping

Mesquida Mora will ship orders to all the territories of the European Community.

Unless there specific requests for out-of-stock products, or in the event of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, the order consisting in the related product/s in each Shipping Confirmation will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days of the date of the Order Confirmation.

If for some reason we are unable to comply with the delivery date, we will inform the user of this circumstance and give them the option of continuing with the purchase, setting a new delivery date, or cancelling the order, with the total refund of the price paid.

To the effects of the present Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has been made or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment when the user or a third party indicated by the user takes material possession of the products, which will be certified by means of the signing of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Returns

Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
The user is not entitled to withdraw from the present agreement as it concerns a food product, as is ruled in Royal Legislative Decree nº 1/2007 of 16 November passing the redrafted text of the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Returns of defective products
In any cases in which the user considers that at the moment of delivery the product does not adhere to what was stipulated in the agreement, they must contact us immediately at info@mesquidamora.com or via our contact form, providing the details of the product and the damage it has suffered. The product may be returned to the address stated above. We will examine the returned product in detail and inform the user via e-mail within a reasonable time whether a refund or replacement is in order. The refund of the price paid or the replacement of the article will be carried out as soon as possible, and in any case within the 14 days following the date of our e-mail confirming the correctness of the refund of the price paid or the replacement of the non-compliant article. The amounts paid for any products returned due to some tare or defect, when this truly exists, will be refunded in full, including the shipping expenses incurred to deliver the article and any costs the user may have incurred to return it to us. The refund will be carried out by the same means of payment used to pay for the purchase.
