The starfish has a special virtue: when it loses a leg it regenerates it very easily. The rosé version is made from the same coupage of autochthonous and foreign varieties as the red. One bottle may not be enough!
Synchrony is the magic of life. What we sometimes experience as negative event can become an opportunity, something that occurs at the same time as something else. The young wines of Mesquida Mora are born in synchrony with their siblings ACROLLAM, TRISPOL and SÒTIL.
The labels of SINCRONIA wines are composed of small fragments of coloured paper, like life itself, representing the vines where they were born and composing a picture that evokes the Mediterranean essence of our island, Mallorca.
SINCRONIA ROSAT is illustrated with a starfish, an echinoderm that marvels with its shape and colours and is linked to rebirth through its capacity to regenerate itself.
Pressing the different varieties with their stalks, racking and separate fermentation according to the moment of ripening.
Aromas of summer fruit, with very marked notes of watermelon and nectarine. In the mouth it is fresh, vibrant, acidic and lively.

The winter of 2021 was not especially cold or rainy, but the start of spring, just before flowering, brought generous rains that made the vines very green when the summer arrived. While the early summer was mild and not especially hot, August was marked by very hot episodes that accelerated the ripening of some varieties. The storms in late August and September swept past Porreres without leaving a drop. The accumulation of reserves for the 2022 harvest began in a rainy November with over 140 mm of rain in Porreres, which, while being abundant, contrasted greatly with many other municipalities where the rain was three or four times heavier.
Once the different varieties have been fermented, we make the definitive blend and keep it with the fine lees until just before bottling.
