A taut-sailed boat illustrates the white wine from our youngest Premsal and oldest Chardonnay vines. Freshness and complexity, with a salty touch. Freshness and complexity, with a salty touch.
Synchrony is the magic of life. What we sometimes experience as negative event can become an opportunity, something that occurs at the same time as something else. The young wines of Mesquida Mora are born in synchrony with their siblings ACROLLAM, TRISPOL and SÒTIL.
Label
The labels of SINCRONIA wines are composed of small fragments of coloured paper, like life itself, representing the vines where they were born and composing a picture that evokes the Mediterranean essence of our island, Mallorca. Retalls que representen les vinyes on neixen. Ordenats configuren una imatge que ens recorda l’essència mediterrània de la nostra illa, Mallorca.
SINCRONIA BLANC is illustrated with a small boat, symbolising the will and ambition to cross new seas and oceans.
Vinification
Sincronia Blanc is the sum of various winemaking techniques. On one hand, pre-fermentation maceration of the Premsal Blanc grapes, and then direct pressing of the grapes from the youngest Chardonnay and Parellada vines, between 10 and 40 years old.
Tasting note
The notes of white fruits like apple and pear appear first, then giving way to sweeter sensations reminiscent of peach or melon, with a slight hint of cocoanut. In the mouth it is well-rounded, meaty, long and persistent, with a finish that is full but fresh.

Climatology
The year 2024 ended with a cumulative rainfall of 216.6 litres during the final quarter, and 2025 began with a warm, dry, and windy January, recording only 15 litres of precipitation.
February brought just 25.9 litres of rainfall, and the onset of spring led to an accumulation of 70 litres during March. In April, barely 13.2 litres were recorded.
May and June followed the same trend, with lower accumulations compared to other areas of the island. May closed with 21.4 litres and mild temperatures, giving way to a warm and dry June. This marked the prelude to a summer characterised by intermittent heatwave episodes.
The harvest began on 11 August, and during the third week of harvesting, 15 litres of rainfall refreshed the vineyards of Felanitx, while 11.8 litres cleared the dust from those in Porreres. It concluded on 9 September, a warm month with light rainfall, which watered the already harvested vineyards with a total of 26 litres.
Type of ageing
Once the varieties have been fermented separately, we combine them to obtain the final coupage and then keep them with the fine lees until just befare bottling.
